Technology on which TKSL is focusing most now
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)

RFID Network Infrastructure “TAP” (Tag Acquisition Processor)

Ecoloveyor®

“Ecoloveyor” is a conveyor system TKSL has developed with the design concept of “complete airless ”, ”energy saving” and “safety” method.
This system has a unique mechanism that allows a zone drive, namely only the front and back portions of conveyor where the materials are placed are driven. “Ecoloveyor” needs minimum necessary electric power and the system’s entire running cost can be also reduced and as a result, we contribute to the preservation of environment such as CO2 reduction.
TKSL’s Research and Development
For the realization of customer’s ideal, until now, we have lead the industry for the material handling system and contributed to the development of the society with non-conventional and innovative ideas and we will continue to make further efforts also from now.
Research and development organization

In each of five(5) different fields of “Conveyor System”, “Sorting System”, ”Peripheral Equipment”, “Picking System” and “Information System”, we are engaged in “basic study”, “technological development” and “product development” respectively and all of us share the results of the research and development of each field working together closely.
And, with the corporate concept that the hardware and the software should be integrated, each department such as development, designing, manufacturing and controlling is closely co-working with sales department. Thus, we can speedily provide the customer with the products and solutions of high quality.
Facilities for research and development

Our development department is set up in the premise of Chiba Office (Kisarazu City, Chiba Prefecture) – facilities for research & development, exhibition hall and Japan’s first full-scale proving test facilities for RFID - HP RFID Noisy Labo・Japan. The said facilities are open at the study tour to our company.
