We hereby announce that, pursuant to a written resolution of the Board of Directors dated June 22, 2026, in accordance with Article 370 of the Companies Act and Article 25 of our Articles of Incorporation, we have resolved to acquire all shares of World Link Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "World Link") and make it a wholly owned subsidiary. In addition, we have entered into a share transfer agreement as of June 25, 2026.
