We are pleased to announce the opening of the Yamanashi Parts Center in Minami-Alps City, Yamanashi Prefecture, as part of our medium-term management plan under the core policy of strengthening our logistics solutions business -- specifically, the enhancement of our service operations.
By decentralizing our parts center functions across two locations -- Wakayama Plant and the newly established Yamanashi Parts Center -- we have not only strengthened our business continuity planning (BCP) measures, but also enabled a more efficient and flexible logistics network capable of rapid response.
Looking ahead, we aim to further enhance operational systems, improve quality control, and realize a "logistics operation that never stops," thereby better meeting the expectations of our customers.
