At a Board of Directors meeting held on May12, 2023, TOYO KANETSU K.K. resolved to acquire Scrum Software, Inc.(hereinafter referred to as "Scrum Software"), and based on the share transfer agreement concluded with shareholders, TOYO KANETSU has decided to acquire all outstanding shares of Scrum Software and to welcome the company as a wholly owned subsidiary of the TOYO KANETSU Group effective June 2, 2023.
