On August 11, it was discovered that one employee (a technical worker) working at our Kansai Service Center (Settsu City, Osaka Prefecture) was infected with the Novel Coronavirus.
The employee became ill on Sunday night, August 9, and underwent a PCR test on Monday, August 10, and was found to be positive on August 11, today.
Our Coronavirus Task Force, established early in the pandemic, gives top priority to preventing the spread of the virus not only within the company but also focuses on the general community including customers, employees, business partners, etc. Furthermore, we are in close cooperation with related organizations and institutions to continue this effort.
